What if my product is damaged?
Inspect your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any damage, even to the box, note it on the delivery receipt. If you suspect damage but cannot inspect the item immediately, write “suspect damage” on the receipt. For damaged products, send photos to support@tinyspaceessentials.com, and we will arrange a replacement or compensation promptly.
