What if my product is damaged?
We recommend thoroughly inspecting the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery. If you notice any damage, including to the box, please make a note of it on the delivery receipt. If you’re unable to inspect the package during delivery but suspect damage, be sure to write “suspect damage” on the receipt.
If your item(s) arrive damaged, please take clear photos of the issue and send them to support@tinyspaceessentials.com. Once we receive your photos, we’ll process a replacement or refund as quickly as possible, typically within one business day.
